Now a days students spend a lot of money on their post
graduation degree. If we talk about MBA degree first students spend thousands
of rupees on different entrance exams like MAT, CAT, XAT, CMAT then they spend
lots of amount on attending GDPI’s and visiting colleges in different states. So
here we see that students spend a lot of money during admission in mba.
Some students also take the help and counseling of different
Education consultants and career counselors. This is fine by the students to
take help and counseling through different counselors and consultants but now
the main thing is that how students are going to recover all of their money
that that they spend during admission in different things.
Recovering their money that they spent is possible only when
they get a good placement and good job in a highly good corporate or if they
become a entrepreneur because at the end of the day it is all about where you
get placed and what is your salary package.
At present getting MBA Admission in a College/University or
having MBA degree does not mean that you will get highest package. This
scenario was in market before 5-6 years around 2004-2005 but now a days we can
see that there are so many other guys around us who are with same qualification
and are getting package in a single year
about 50,000-60,000.
Getting admission in Mba in india has become a business at
present. Now a days no one gives value to the knowledge that you have and this
is the truth fo our prest education system. So if anybody wants to survive in
this market he or she must have to be updated with current knowledge and should
develop their own ideas to tackle the problem which is coming in market
otherwise there is no demand in this market for those who get outdated with
their knowledge.
So finally what we conclude is that it does not matter whether you have MBA degree or not because it does not count in the present. Now you should prove yourself in front of the world purely based on your own knowledge, skills and ideas.
